PPR Pipe Socket Fusion Instruction

Suit for PPR, Fiber PPR Pipe

1, Cutting the pipe

Cutting the necessary pipe length with the PPR pipe cutter.

2, Measure the fusion depth

Measure the fusion depth according the fusion standard table.

3, Heating

Put the pipe and fitting into the sockets horizontal, Heating time time refer the standard.

4, Connecting and cooling

Connect the heated pipe and fitting exactly and adjustment finish in 5s.

Expansion Knuckle

In most cases, linear changes in the pipeline can be achieved by changing the directio expansion to compensate. The length of the bend is calculated according to the following formula, linear expansion and pipe size be calculatd in account.The length of the bend can be obtained directly from the table diagram below.

 

Expansion Circuit

If linear expansion cannot be compensated for by changes in direction, it must be installed on a longer straight pipe with a telescopic bend.The curve length LS and the curve width should be considered in constructing an expansion curve structure.

Telescopic Expansion Connection
